Ikaika is a certified Salesforce Administrator and former FinancialForce Analyst. He also has a Business Administration background from his time at Willamette University earning a Master’s in Business Administration.

While not working in Salesforce or completing new Trailheads, Ikaika likes to spend time with his wife and two dogs. He also enjoys cheering on the LA Rams and attending live sporting events when he can.
