OpMentors is seeking an experienced Salesforce or Certinia Professional Services Automation (PSA) consultant who has extensive experience in professional service solution implementations. In this role, the team member will perform consulting services focused on Certinia and Salesforce engagements with a growing and exciting operational consulting team, proactively solicit feedback and gather business requirements for enhancements from multiple departments throughout the organization, and successfully translate business requirements into technical functionalities. 

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver value for clients by understanding their needs and translating them into the required and desired solutions
  • Work directly with key business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze and streamline business processes for all levels of implementations, optimizations and retained services
  • Analyze business requirements (functional and technical) by conducting information-gathering sessions
  • Provide innovative client solutions leveraging Salesforce tools and concepts such as custom objects, custom fields, formulas, workflows, processes and flows, page layouts, validation rules, assignment rules, permission sets, analytics, and more 
  • Recommend and implement the appropriate system architecture that adheres to best practices along with delivering business efficiencies to the client’s business
  • Provide Project Management support when needed
  • Manage and prioritize responsibilities based on organization and client commitments 
  • Stay on top of current Salesforce/Certinia best practices applicable to the industry
  • Provide training and technical support to all clients 
  • Continually work to provide clients with operational efficiencies across all aspects of the business
  • Support enablement initiatives throughout the organization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BS Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience with Certinia is preferred but not required
  • Salesforce System Admin Certification
  • Strong consulting experience
  • Comfort in speaking with clients and developing business processes alongside clients
  • Subject Matter Expert in the Professional Services industry

Personal Skills:

  • Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Work in a team environment and be willing to encourage others to succeed
  • Adept at handling complex issues and working closely with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to study and pass the Salesforce Admin 201 and Sales Cloud Consultant Certifications within the first three months of employment

You will perform consulting services focused on the Salesforce platform with a growing and exciting operational consulting team.
